Barkly West01
3 farms in the Barkley West Area - all of which have game. The farms are 490km from Johannesburg. The farms are situated along the Harts River with approximately 5km of river frontage. The terrain is varied, from open savannah plains to thick thornveld as well as koppies and open bushveld. Due to the diversity of bushveld, we are able to accommodate a wide variety of game species.

The ranch consists of 4 000ha with mopanie, rooibos, matoppie, boaboab and various other indigenous trees. The ranch is situated approximately 500 km from Pretoria and 170 km form Pietersburg, North of the Soutpansberg Range, and lies between Waterpoort and Alldays.
Swartruggens01
The farm is situated 68km from Rustenburg and 30km from Sun City near Swartruggens in the North West Province. The farm is 400 Ha of mixed Savannah thorn trees and Camel Thorn Trees. Vegetation is perfectly suited for plains game and browsers. A variety of bird life are situated around a few waterholes and dams. Bow Hunting, rifle hunting and clay pigeon hunting are available on the farm that is registered for year round hunting.

Whether it is your first trip to the Africa or one of numerous to come.Hunting is done in areas which vary from hillsides, savannah, valleys, riverine areas to grassplains. Plenty of plainsgame occurs in the area and all of the big five could be added onto that.

The Lodge is situated on the banks of the mighty Orange River. This is South Africa’s longers river, and forms the border between the Eastern Cape and the Freestate. Our closest airport is Bloemfontein Airport, which is approximately 2 hours drive from us. This is where we will meet and pick you up.
