- Rifle hire at $70 per client per day, ammo at cost
- Hotel or Guesthouse expenses before and after the safari
- Champagne and specially requested imported food and drinks
- Cost of telephonist calls, faxes made by clients
- Return air charter to OR Tambo internation airport/Lephalele $2350
- Return Airport transfer $500 per vehicle
- All animals wounded and lost will be paid for plus 14% government tax as on Trophy price list
- 14% VAT on daily rates

Booking Requirements
- 50% of daily rate on booking
- 30 Days prior to Safari outstanding amount on daily rate

- Arrival & departure day at observer rate
- Deposits are non refundable. Carry over to the very next season or a replacement client is accepted
